WHO AM I?
Hi, I'm Kenton Boutwell the creator of KB Fitness
I have over 15 years of coaching experience helping others achieve their fitness goals. My specialty is working with tactical professionals who want to maximize performance.
That’s right, I'm a geek and lifelong student of fitness. I earned a Graduate degree in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology and have over 10 advanced fitness certifications.
I started training and competing in martial arts at the age of 5. Most recently I've competed in powerlifting competitions and was also awarded the StrongFirst “Beast Tamer” title.
I joined the military at the age of 18. My time in the USAF was spent focused on improving soldier health and performance.
